Use the Transgenic Pedigree module to graphically view the ancestral history of any animal. Transgenic Pedigrees are generated within seconds without any manual input of data. View five generations of history at one time on the screen. Double click on any of the ancestors to dynamically chart a new pedigree from this reference point. There is no limitations on the number of generations that can be linked in the Transgenic Pedigree module.

Transgenic Genogram Charts

Use the Transgenic Genogram module to graphically display the progeny of any animal that is tracked within Villager. Transgenic Genograms are generated within seconds without any manual input of data. View ten or more generations of history at one time. There is no limitations on the number of generations that can be linked in the genogram module. Transgenic Genograms are an essential genotyping tool for the graphical display of genotype data that is created as a result of todays transgenic technology.

Note, that the following diagram depicts a very basic type of genogram chart. Villager is capable of creating much more complex charts to display the actual types of family relationships that exist as a result of the breeding and development of transgenic animal models.
